Yeah they pulled mine even though my host told me that I was over the required to qualify and I’m still waiting for them to fix it the first time in years that this has happened to me and I been here since 2021.

I saw something legal posted last year but thought all that was cleaned up with the new change of license in 2024.

Anyone else have enough wager in the 90 day period to have host but all the sudden today the wager is gone and only showing 200$ ? I got a message and my vip host ripped away today because it’s system error is saying I only wagered 200$ which is not true my 90 day wager was over 50,000$ less than 7 hours ago.

I’m told the same thing time after time from my host! I often have to ask for help as my information is not reflecting the right amounts one day to the next. When I do that my host will file for a ticket, but then they’ll come back and say that there’s nothing wrong even though I have screenshots showing that my wager was more that day and then once they gave us that BC Bank my wager disappeared and never came back correct. I have been here for years and it’s like the don’t value loyal customers lately.

I feel you, I have been told I’m not eligible and last one I got was November of 2024.
